We respect your privacy and want you to understand how information may be collected, used, and shared when you visit livelylending.com or contact us about mortgage financing.

This policy describes our website practices. When you formally apply for a mortgage, American Pacific Mortgage's privacy notices, linked above, also apply.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

The scheduling form on our booking page asks for:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Optional: an estimated credit score range and an approximate annual income, if you choose to share them

After you submit the form, you're taken to Calendly to pick an appointment time, where Calendly asks for your scheduling details. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account information, tax returns, identification documents, or other sensitive financial records through website forms, email, or text.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, technical systems may process certain information, including:

• Pages visited
• Referring website
• Approximate geographic location inferred from technical information
• Date, time, and general website interactions

This information is processed for website operation, security, troubleshooting, and, if analytics is on for your browser, analytics as described below.

Mortgage Applications and Sensitive Financial Information

Such information should be submitted only through the lending institution's designated secure application and document-submission systems. The "Apply Now" links on this site take you to American Pacific Mortgage's online application, which is a separate website with its own terms and privacy notices.

Information collected during the formal mortgage process is subject to additional notices, requirements, and safeguards that may differ from those governing this educational website.

Website Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, which articles people read, and general interactions, such as which buttons are clicked and how far down a page people scroll.

• No advertising features. Google advertising features, remarketing, ad personalization, and Google signals are turned off.
• No form contents. We don't send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, credit or income answers, Social Security numbers, financial documents, or other form entries to Google Analytics. When you search our library, we send only a general topic category and the number of results, not the words you typed. We remove most link parameters from page addresses before they're sent, keeping only campaign tags such as utm_source.
• Who sees a prompt. If your browser's time zone indicates you're in a region that requires consent before analytics cookies (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), Google Analytics doesn't load until you choose "Accept analytics." We also tell Google to treat visits from those regions as not consenting unless you accept.
• Everywhere else. Google Analytics is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time with the Manage privacy choices button at the top of this page. Your choice is saved in your browser.
• Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice to turn analytics off, and Google Analytics doesn't load.

When Google Analytics is on, it sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_CKXYRK9S0H) to tell visits apart. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Some other technologies are needed for the site to work and aren't controlled by the analytics choice: our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a cookie used for traffic security, and the booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam submissions. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests the font files.

To remember what brought you to the site, our pages may save the campaign tags you arrived with, your first page, the referring website's domain, and the last library article you read in your browser's session storage, which clears when you close the tab. If you submit the booking form, those details are included with your submission and passed to Calendly as campaign tags. They aren't sent to Google Analytics as personal information. This only runs when analytics is on for your browser.

• Other parties when authorized by you, necessary to provide a requested service, or required or permitted by law.

Any sharing of nonpublic personal financial information during the mortgage process is governed by applicable law and American Pacific Mortgage's official privacy notices, linked at the top of this page.

Marketing Communications

We may send marketing communications where permitted by law and where appropriate consent or another lawful basis exists.

If you receive promotional emails, you may use the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

Marketing text messages, if offered, are subject to applicable consent requirements. Consent to marketing is not required as a condition of obtaining mortgage services.

Operational communications about an inquiry or appointment are distinct from promotional marketing communications.

American Pacific Mortgage's Privacy Policy describes its own email and text opt-out steps, including replying "STOP" to its text messages.

Data Security

This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and the booking form uses spam protection. No internet service or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Sensitive mortgage information should be shared through approved application systems rather than general inquiry forms or unsecured communication channels.

Data Retention

How long information is kept depends on the type of information and whether it becomes part of a formal mortgage application or business record, and on applicable legal, regulatory, operational, and recordkeeping requirements.
